By the last few days of May 2026, Monopoly Go hasn't really slowed down for a lot of us. I still check in most days, even when I tell myself it'll just be a quick roll or two. Then an event meter moves, a sticker pack appears, or a friend needs help, and there goes another fifteen minutes. The Monopoly Go Partners Event side of the game is still one of the reasons people stick around, because it gives the usual solo grind a bit of shared pressure and, honestly, a little more drama.
Teatime Treats is carrying the weekThe big solo event right now is Teatime Treats, which started on May 27 and runs until May 30. If you've played Monopoly Go for a while, you already know the pattern. You land on the right tiles, stack points, and try to push far enough for dice, cash, sticker packs, and whatever else is sitting on the reward ladder. It's not a brand-new idea, but it does what these banner events usually do. It gives you a reason to keep rolling when you'd probably stop otherwise. The timing also matters, since a Sticker Boom on May 28 gives players a short window to pull extra stickers from packs. People who are close to finishing sets will be watching that boost pretty closely.
Golden Blitz always wakes up the trading crowdThe next thing a lot of players are eyeing is the Golden Blitz planned for May 29 into May 30. These events can get messy fast, in the usual Monopoly Go way. Since only selected gold stickers can be traded, everyone suddenly starts posting screenshots, checking old chats, and asking friends if they've got a spare. This round is built around two 5-star gold stickers that players voted for, so the demand will probably be high from the first hour. If you're missing one of them, it's worth sorting your duplicates early. Waiting until the last minute usually means dealing with rushed trades, bad offers, or people vanishing after asking for too much.
The Simpsons album gives people something fresh to chaseThe bigger shake-up comes on June 3, when the next sticker album launches with a Simpsons theme. That's the sort of crossover that makes sense for Monopoly Go. It's bright, familiar, and full of characters people already have opinions about. The album is expected to include 21 sticker sets, with Springfield locations, well-known faces, and meme-friendly moments spread through the collection. For long-time players, a new album is more than a reset. It changes the trading market, gives low-level packs value again, and brings back that early-album feeling where nearly every sticker pull helps. Of course, the easy progress never lasts forever. By the middle of the album, everyone will be chasing rare pieces and complaining about duplicates again.
Why people are still rollingThe daily loop is still simple: roll dice, build boards, hit railroads, deal with bank heists, collect stickers, and hope the next pack isn't another duplicate. Flash events like Cash Grab, Rent Frenzy, and High Roller keep popping up through the day, while tournaments and dig events give heavier players something to plan around. Free dice links still matter too, especially if you're not spending much. Some players are tired of the grind, and that's fair. Late-album sticker hunting can burn through dice quickly. Still, the game keeps its hook because there's usually something close enough to chase. If you're preparing for the next Monopoly Go Partners Event buy window or just trying to finish Teatime Treats before the reset, this is one of those stretches where checking in actually feels useful.
